Architecture Support Specialist

PROJECT INFORMATION: • Industry: Banking • Location: Hybrid - Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw 2-3 days in the office • Assignment type: B2B  • Rate: ~90 pln/h Introduction & Summary The Technology Architecture team is seeking an Architecture Support Specialist to provide vital administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will enable architects to concentrate on strategic initiatives by managing essential coordination and governance functions. Key skills required include proficiency in TOGAF architecture framework, advanced JIRA capabilities, and experience in data science and business intelligence. Main Responsibilities • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders • Support architecture governance processes • Assist in project planning and reporting activities • Manage coordination tasks across the GBS organization • Facilitate the internal employee onsite office allocation • Track project progress and ensure goals are met • Provide administrative support to technical teams Key Requirements • Proficiency in TOGAF architecture framework • Advanced level skills in JIRA (JQL) • Experience in data science and business intelligence (dashboarding, Gantt charts) • Excellent social skills with the ability to prioritize using complex criteria Nice to Have • Experience with dispatching systems (ticket management) • Advanced level knowledge of Confluence (integration with JIRA)
