Ready for an adventure with AWS? Join Us! As a leading AWS Partner in Europe, we support organizations at every stage of their cloud journey. Our strength comes from deep experience in cloud-native architectures and modernization initiatives. By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape secure, scalable platforms on AWS, work hands-on with advanced Data & AI technologies, and guide clients through transformative cloud projects. Here, your work will directly impact how businesses innovate, grow, and unlock new value through cloud technologies. As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical heartbeat of our cloud engagements. You translate complex business ambitions into robust, production-ready AWS architectures. Your role is not just to design on a whiteboard, but to lead the technical execution, ensuring that our engineering teams have a clear, scalable, and secure path to delivery. You act as the primary technical authority for both the client and the project team. Your Responsibilities: AWS Architecture & Design: • Architectural Blueprints: Design end-to-end, cloud-native solutions using the full breadth of AWS services. You create the high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) that form the foundation of our projects. • AWS Well-Architected Framework: Own the architectural integrity of every solution. You ensure all designs are optimized for security, reliability, operational excellence, performance, and cost. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Strategy: Define the automation standards for each project, overseeing the implementation of Terraform • Modernization & Innovation: Drive the adoption of advanced patterns, including Kubernetes (EKS), Serverless (Lambda/Fargate), and event-driven architectures to keep our clients at the cutting edge. Technical Project Leadership & Support: • Technical Authority: Act as the "North Star" for engineering teams during the implementation phase. You provide the technical guidance needed to turn architectural visions into working software. • Hands-on Problem Solving: Step in to solve the most difficult technical roadblocks. Whether it’s a complex networking issue or a performance bottleneck, you provide the expertise to clear the path. • Leadership: Lead the development of PoCs and MVPs to validate technical assumptions and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle. • Review & Quality Governance: Conduct code and infrastructure reviews to ensure the implementation aligns with the original architectural vision and meets enterprise-grade standards. Strategic Client Advisory: • Technical Discovery: Lead deep-dive technical workshops with client stakeholders to uncover requirements, constraints, and long-term goals. • Strategic Roadmap Development: Partner with client C-levels and IT directors to design multi-year cloud transformation journeys. • Pre-sales Technical Support: Act as the technical expert during the sales process, helping to estimate effort, define project scopes (SoW), and demonstrate our technical capabilities to prospective clients. Requirements: • Deep, hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as Transit Gateway, IAM Policies, Aurora, and SageMaker. • Proven experience designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or building greenfield cloud environments. • Strong background in DevOps and automation, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and applying a Security by Design approach. • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to both software engineers and non-technical business stakeholders. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or relevant AWS Specialty certifications are highly desirable. • Experience working in a consulting or partner environment, managing multiple stakeholders and diverse technical landscapes. • Background in software development (e.g., Python, Go, or TypeScript) to better collaborate with and support engineering teams. • Fluency in both English and Polish, written and spoken. Benefits: • Continuous learning and growth – we invest in your development through internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on learning from real projects. We also support growth beyond the organization by actively engaging in the AWS Community, including conference talks and industry events. • Training budget – dedicated funds to support certifications, courses, and professional development aligned with your career goals. • Medical care package – comprehensive private healthcare to help you stay healthy and focused. • Multisport card co-financing – because staying active matters, both in and outside of work. • Language learning platform access – improve your language skills at your own pace, whenever it suits you. • Flexible working hours & remote work – work when and where you’re most productive. • Company events – time for integration and some fun.
