Azure AI Architect (Senior Manager)

Responsibilities: • Designing and overseeing the architecture of AI and Machine Learning solutions based on Microsoft Azure (Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) • Leading enterprise-scale AI implementations with a focus on measurable business value • Defining architecture strategies and standards for cloud and AI solutions • Integrating AI solutions with the Azure ecosystem, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external systems • Overseeing security, compliance, and scalability of solutions • Automating deployments and infrastructure management using IaC and DevOps practices (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, CI/CD) • Translating business requirements into technical solutions and presenting architectural decisions to senior management • Leading and developing teams of architects and engineers (mentoring, coaching, architecture reviews) • Actively building client relationships and supporting sales and presales activities (proposals, estimates, reference architectures)   Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including at an architectural level • Proven experience with: Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI and Data platforms and automation • Very good knowledge of: Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform), CI/CD and DevOps and Scripting and programming languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in cloud and AI environments • Experience in leading projects in agile environments and cross-functional teams • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to business stakeholders • Higher technical education (computer science, engineering, or related fields) • Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Training & learning opportunities • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
