Azure Data Architect Work model: Hybrid – Wroclaw (2 days per week in the office) B2B via Experis B2B rate: 210-230 PLN netto+VAT/h Full-time job We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Architect to support the development and enhancement of data products within the New Trucks Sales domain. If you have a strong understanding of the Azure Analytics ecosystem, thrive in Agile/SaFE environments, and enjoy shaping robust data architectures — this role is for you. Responsibilities: • Provide architectural leadership and technical support across the full end-to-end data lifecycle. • Participate in development efforts and represent the capabilities of the data platform within the organization. • Actively contribute as a member of the architects guild, overseeing data management processes and supporting development teams in areas such as design, documentation, maintenance, enhancements, and validation. • Collaborate with multiple international product teams within a complex organizational landscape. • Design and document scalable, end-to-end data architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry standards. • Support the creation of strategies and policies related to data governance, master data management, metadata management, data quality, and data security. • Develop, document, and maintain both logical and physical data models. • Work closely with teams such as compliance, privacy, risk, information security, support, and operations to ensure all business requirements are fully incorporated into architectural decisions. • Build domain knowledge and translate business needs into robust technical solutions. • Provide technical coaching to team members, sharing knowledge and supporting the ongoing development of the team’s skills. Requirements: • Proven experience in at least one of the following domains: Analytics & BI development, data engineering, data analysis, or platform administration. • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, especially services such as Databricks, ADLS, SQL DB, and related analytics components. • Knowledge of Python and Spark; experience with Angular, Azure Data Factory, or Power BI is an advantage. • Practical experience working in Agile/SaFE environments. • Ability to navigate complex, international organizational structures. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align with diverse groups of stakeholders. • A natural inclination toward designing, documenting, and implementing robust, long-term technical solutions. • Strong analytical mindset and organizational awareness.
