Business Solution Architect

Nasze wymagania: You have at least 5 years of experience in designing business solutions in a similar or related role and are not afraid to break patterns You have applied knowledge and experience in business process modeling (e.g., using BPMN notation) You have prepared stakeholder analyses, business requirements, managed their versions and lifecycle, and analyzed business risks and mitigation methods You have a high-level understanding of application architecture and understand functionalities used in business processes You possess strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills You have collaborated with various areas of the company – business, IT, regulatory functions; you are experienced in different communication styles and practice dialogue and interest reconciliation You know English at least at a communicative level and are fluent in Polish Zakres obowiązków: Designing and aligning business solutions (within initiative upstream or outside initiatives) Conducting stakeholder analysis, identifying interconnections and dependencies Collaborating with Process Owners, IT Architects, Product Owners, Business & System Analysts, CX & UX teams, and subject matter experts (e.g., legal, KYC, GDPR, compliance) to describe: the current situation (AS-IS process) and the scope of changes for the designed business solution (TO-BE process, HLD) Inventorying business process gaps, assigning ownership, identifying potential risks of unresolved gaps and mitigation strategies, especially for regulatory requirements, in cooperation with the second line of defense Gathering and documenting high-level business requirements Ensuring the solution aligns with strategy, simplicity, and cost efficiency Supporting the creation of NN PL standards for solution design and building business architecture Oferujemy: We work in a hybrid model, and our office is located in the green Powiśle district We provide health prevention and secure your future!
