CRM Solution Architect

We are looking for CRM experts who want to grow in Creatio — if you have experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other leading systems, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in Creatio. Responsibilities ●        Designing CRM and related system architectures on the Creatio platform. ●        Defining standards for integration, security and solution quality. ●        Overseeing design and implementation of complex business processes (BPM, workflows, automation). ●        Analysing business requirements and translating them into architectural concepts. ●        Advising clients on CRM strategy, scalability and IT ecosystem integration. ●        Designing and supervising system integrations (REST/SOAP, API, ESB, iPaaS). ●        Supporting development and consulting teams with best practices. ●        Contributing to presales: high-level architecture, proposals, presentations. ●        Mentoring team members and building internal technical competence. Requirements ●        6–8+ years of experience in CRM/ERP projects (including 2+ as Solution Architect). ●        Experience in full implementation cycles at enterprise level. ●        Proven expertise in CRM architecture (Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow). ●        Strong knowledge of integrations, databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and cloud architecture (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS). ●        Ability to design highly available and scalable systems. ●        Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ●        Certifications (Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics, TOGAF) are a plus. ●        Strong communication skills and experience engaging C-level stakeholders. ●        English B2/C1 (second language is a plus).
