D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect Location: Poland Contract Type: B2BRate: 185–195 PLN/h + VATProject: Long-term international cooperation About the Role We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to join an international consulting team delivering end-to-end enterprise transformation projects. The role combines solution architecture, client engagement, and leadership of functional and technical teams working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will be responsible for shaping solutions during pre-sales and discovery phases, designing system architecture aligned with business requirements, and leading implementation across multiple project stages. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead pre-sales activities, including product presentations, solution concepts, and stakeholder engagement • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Gather and document business requirements using AIM, OUM, or similar methodologies • Facilitate client design workshops and architecture discussions from discovery to implementation • Lead and collaborate with teams of functional and technical consultants across multiple projects • Map business requirements to D365 F&O modules, such as:• General Ledger • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Fixed Assets • Cash Management • Logistics and Manufacturing modules • Conduct solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, testing sessions, and training workshops • Support business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT testing phases • Prepare test cases, scripts, and documentation for implementation and validation • Provide technical and functional leadership while expanding and mentoring the team Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or earlier versions) • Experience acting as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant in enterprise implementations • Participation in at least 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations • Experience leading teams of technical and functional consultants • Strong experience in client-facing delivery roles • Strong functional knowledge in Finance modules or related areas • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English Nice to Have • Knowledge of German or French • Experience with X++ development • Professional certifications or qualifications such as MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA What We Offer • Private medical care (Medicover) • Sports card (Multisport or equivalent) • Life insurance • Flexible benefits platform • Training and certification opportunities • Opportunity to work on large-scale international transformation projects • Collaborative international team environment • Long-term, stable cooperation If you are an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expert who enjoys combining solution architecture, client engagement, and leadership, we would be happy to connect with you.
