D365 Senior Technical Architect

Responsibilities: • Lead technical workshops and design sessions with business SMEs • Define technical requirements and ensure alignment with client strategy • Take ownership of technical architecture, integrations, and environment provisioning • Supervise development teams (onsite/onshore/offshore) and ensure adherence to best practices • Guarantee technical quality of customizations, unit testing, and integration testing • Create solution designs, integration diagrams, and data flow documentation • Apply Agile methodologies and promote best practices within the technical team   Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Experience: 7–10 years with D365 F&O, including 3 end-to-end implementations as Technical Architect in banking sector • Certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O, LCS, Azure DevOps (source control, pipelines) • Proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, REST/SOAP services • Experience with DIXF and Azure Data Factory • Integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous), BYOD, recurring jobs • Extension approach to customization, role-based security, extensible data security • Power BI integration (embedded & external) • SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines, Git, cloud architecture • English - C1 Nice to have: • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) • Advanced knowledge of Azure Licensing and cloud platform • Experience with Azure Services: LogicApps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid • Knowledge of complex data migration strategies and tools • Experience working with two Azure tenants (Non-Prod and Prod) • Familiarity with Data Lake and advanced reporting solutions   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
