Data Architekt/Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Modeler to support enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives  RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Work On • ESG data architecture redesign and migration initiatives • Enterprise data transformation supporting People Services and global operations • Building scalable, governed, and high-quality data ecosystems Data Architecture & Modeling: • Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business requirements • Continuously improve and adapt data models based on changing business and regulatory needs • Develop and manage documentation supporting models • Perform business and data analysis to indicate data sources and to validate correctness and usability of datasets • Recommend best Data Governance practices and solutions Data Asset Management • Own and maintain key data architecture artifacts: • Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) • Data Inventory • Data Models • Data Flow diagrams • Ensure consistency, traceability, and governance across data assets Stakeholder Collaboration • Participate in business requirements gathering sessions • Identify critical data elements required for project implementation • Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders Implementation & Delivery • Collaborate with data engineers to deploy data assets into production • Support data migration and architecture redesign initiatives • Manage versioning and lifecycle of data models Project Support • Contribute to backlog management and prioritization activities • Support agile delivery processes and continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Modeler • Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) • Hands-on experience with: • Databricks • ERwin Data Modeler • Data catalog tools such as Atlan, Alation, Unity Catalog • Experience working with data architecture artifacts (STTM, data flows, inventories) • Experience working with Data Lakehouse • Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality Soft Skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proactive, self-driven mindset • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders NICE TO HAVE • Experience in product backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps) • Background as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst • Experience with ServiceNow, Unity Catalog WHAT DO WE OFFER ON THIS PROJECT? • Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 170-180 PLN/hour  • 100% remote work  • The support of a dedicated mentor.
