Nasze wymagania: Strong understanding of data models and relational databases (MySQL) Proven experience in data migration projects (mandatory) Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools Familiarity with ETL and data transformation concepts Ability to work within SaaS-based system architectures Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) Functional Skills Ability to understand and translate business processes into data structures Experience in environments with complex workflows (preferably staffing, consulting, or similar industries) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Autonomous and hands-on approach Strong structured thinking and attention to detail Ability to challenge assumptions and propose solutions Excellent communication skills across both business and technical stakeholders Mile widziane: Exposure to data-driven use cases and AI-related topics Experience with no-code or low-code integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) O projekcie: NATEK is leading a strategic IT transformation program aimed at replacing its legacy core system with a modern, modular SaaS ecosystem covering CRM, ATS, PSA, and HRIS. This program involves: • Complex data migration spanning 16 years of legacy data, • Integration across multiple systems, • Strong operational dependency on data consistency and reliability. Within this context, the Data Integration Lead will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability across the new system landscape. The Data Integration Lead is responsible for designing, preparing, and executing the data migration and integration strategy, while ensuring alignment with business processes and future reporting and data usage needs. Reporting to Transformation Program Leadership, this role operates at the intersection of business processes, data architecture, and system integration, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a high impact project ideal for experts who enjoy complex migrations, clear milestones, and real business influence. Zakres obowiązków: Data Migration (Critical – Short Term) • Analyze the legacy data model (old system – MySQL) • Define data mapping between legacy and target systems • Design and implement data cleansing rules (deduplication, normalization, historization) • Work with data migration tools (e.g., Tale of Data) • Prepare and validate migration datasets • Support migration execution and go-live activities Data Modeling and Governance • Understand and document business data flows across CRM, ATS, PSA, and HRIS • Define data ownership and system-of-record principles • Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems • Contribute to the definition and implementation of data governance practices Integration Design and Implementation • Design data flows between SaaS systems • Work with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (e.g., Make) • Configure, test, and validate integrations • Collaborate with software vendors to define integration logic • Troubleshoot data flows and resolve inconsistencies Business Alignment • Translate business processes into structured data models • Work closely with the Product Owner and program team • Ensure that data supports key operational processes such as staffing, timesheets, and billing Reporting and Data Preparation • Ensure that required data is available and properly structured for reporting • Contribute to the identification and clarification of reporting needs • Prepare datasets for future business intelligence and analytics use cases Post Go-Live Data Evolution • Monitor data quality and integration performance • Support continuous improvement of data flows and structures • Contribute to data valorization initiatives, including analytics and future AI use cases EXPECTED DELIVERABLES Month 1 • Comprehensive understanding of the data landscape • Initial data mapping and migration strategy • Identification of key data quality issues Month 3 • Cleaned and structured datasets ready for migration • Defined and documented integration logic • Initial integrations configured and tested Go-Live • Successful execution of data migration • Validation of data consistency across systems • Active support during go-live and stabilization period Post Go-Live • Stabilized and reliable integrations • Ongoing data quality monitoring • Contribution to reporting capabilities and data usage Oferujemy: A Seat at the Transformation Table Balance of Strategy and Hands‑On Work Modern, Modular Tech Landscape
