Enterprise Architect (f/m/x)

Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of practical experience working in international and multicultural environments
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree combined with experience in a relevant technology domain
Extensive background (at least 10 years) in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Process Excellence, Solution Architecture, or related IT domains, including exposure to non-technical aspects
Strong stakeholder communication skills, combined with problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of business processes in a manufacturing company
Understanding of business solutions from a functional perspective and experience in optimizing business processes
Hands-on involvement in IT solution design (both functional and technical), including integration technologies, along with experience working with SAP and integrations
Broad experience in working with IT systems across multiple enterprise domains, including ERP, combined with participation in project delivery, including a Project Manager role
Fluency in English
Residing in Poland required

Mile widziane:
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools (e.g., LeanIX)

O projekcie:
We are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect, with responsibility covering both the definition and execution of enterprise architecture strategies and standards, as well as the preparation of business application roadmaps followed by their implementation.
The role is set within a global and multicultural environment, involving close collaboration with Business and IT teams to translate business requirements into solution capabilities. It supports enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and ensures that IT solutions are designed and integrated in a compliant and efficient manner.

Zakres obowiązków:
Develop and carry out enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps for business applications within the Business Unit, making sure they are consistent with both company-wide and Business Unit standards
Make sure that all IT applications, solutions, and components are properly aligned from both business and technical viewpoints and fully support the requirements of the Business Unit
Work together with the Business Unit and other Enterprise Architects to promote standardization and encourage the use of shared applications and solutions
Analyze new technologies and propose solutions that enhance innovation and improve efficiency
Support IT solution architects and project teams, while also confirming that newly introduced solutions meet architecture compliance standards
Manage the Business Unit application portfolio, keeping it accurate and consistently updated
