Summary: This role focuses on driving strategic architectural innovations and leading complex projects, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions to ensure scalability.
• Develop and enforce architectural standards and produce strategic documentation.
• Drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies into architectural designs.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to communicate architectural vision and influence decision-making.
• Mentor junior architects and lead collaboration initiatives to enhance architectural practices.
Must Haves:
• Extensive experience in advanced solution architecture.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce architectural standards.
• Strong knowledge of integrating new technologies into existing systems.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior architects.
Nice to Haves:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
