Location: FULL REMOTE (from Poland)
Work Model: 100% Remote
Rate: Up to 180 PLN/h net B2B
About the Role
At Optiveum, we connect top IT professionals with exciting tech initiatives. By joining us, you will be employed directly by Optiveum and outsourced to work on a highly specialized project for our partner—a leading client in the banking industry.
We are looking for an expert-level Pega Architect (SSA/LSA) to develop and enhance an application designed to manage customer groups via the Pega interface.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design.
• Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques, and interactions with external systems.
• Identify, build, and maintain common components.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams.
• Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the QA team.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools.
• Support in scoping and sizing Pega features.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the role of Pega Lead System Architect.
• Project experience implemented in Pega Infinity.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration (experience in the financial sector will be an asset).
• Experience in architecture designing for large Pega solutions.
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
