We are seeking a seasoned Group Architect to own the technical vision and direction for a strategic cloud engineering group behind next-generation, cloud-native services. In this role, you will set the architectural north star across three cross-functional teams and two production SaaS services (a low-code API management platform and a frontend application toolkit), driving platform architecture, product delivery, and engineering leadership while actively leveraging AI-assisted ways of working.

Wymagania:
Requirements:- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a Software Architect or Principal Engineer role owning architecture across multiple teams.- Cloud & Backend Expertise: Deep expertise in cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS on Microsoft Azure (AKS, Azure FrontDoor, CosmosDB, Terraform) and strong backend architecture skills in .NET with RESTful/OData APIs at scale.- Distributed Systems & IaC: Proven track record designing multi-region, highly available distributed systems with DR requirements, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern CI/CD practices.- Security Mindset: Hands-on experience with security-first architectures (SOC 2, API security, CIAM/identity integration, zero-trust).- AI Tooling Adoption: Active, hands-on user of AI tools in day-to-day architecture work to accelerate design, documentation, and delivery.- Communication & Alignment: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to drive cross-team alignment, resolve conflicts, and engage with senior stakeholders.Desired Qualifications:- Experience with low-code platforms, API management products, or enterprise integration domains (PLM/ERP).- Background in building developer-facing toolkits (SDKs, CLIs, React component libraries, npm ecosystems).- Familiarity with composable architecture, AI-powered workflow integration patterns, and lightweight architectural governance (ADRs).- Demonstrated track record of leading AI adoption and codebase modernization for AI-readiness within engineering teams.

Codzienne zadania:
- Defining and owning the group's target architecture, domain boundaries, service responsibilities, and key integrations while serving as the final technical decision-maker.
- Leading feature-level architecture elaboration by scoping, designing, and documenting solutions (using ADRs, reference architectures, and clear design artifacts).
- Owning the technical roadmap, setting domain-level non-functional requirements (performance, security, observability), and prioritizing technical debt resolution.
- Championing AI-augmented engineering workflows by actively using AI tools for architecture exploration, design generation, and repository optimization.
- Representing the group in cross-group architecture forums, partnering with Cloud/DevSecOps teams, and engaging directly with customers and partners to validate technical direction.
- Mentoring Tech Leads and senior engineers to elevate technical culture, decision quality, and architectural consistency across all teams.
