Opis stanowiska
We are looking for a High-Speed Networking Verification Architect to own and drive the verification architecture for high-performance networking IP. This role focuses on methodology definition, VIP integration, coverage strategy, and sign-off, guiding teams working on Adaptive SoC platforms. You will provide architectural leadership across UVM-based verification, ensure protocol compliance, and define best practices for SoC-level verification and debug. Send CV to (marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk) Location: Remote (Poland / Bulgaria)Work Model: Fully Remote Domain: Semiconductor / Adaptive SoC Key Responsibilities Own and define verification architecture for high-speed networking IP Drive UVM-based verification methodologies, constrained-random testing, and coverage strategies Lead VIP integration and protocol compliance for high-speed interfaces Define verification planning, reviews, and sign-off criteria Guide teams on SoC-level verification, co-simulation, and debug strategy Implement and oversee Python-driven automation for CI/CD regression workflows Establish verification standards, best practices, and quality gates Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across verification teams Required Skills & Expertise Verification architecture using UVM, constrained-random, and coverage-driven methodologies High-speed protocols: 100Gb Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, AMBA/AXI Python automation for regression, CI/CD, and verification toolingAdaptive SoC co-simulation oversight and SoC-level debug strategy Git workflows and review processes Experience defining verification standards, reviews, and sign-off procedures Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability Ideal Background Semiconductor / IP / SoC verification environments Architect-level ownership (not execution-only roles) Experience guiding multiple verification teams
