Nasze wymagania: Must have good attention to details, be very well prepared for meetings Able to understand different businesses and technology areas across Nordea Should have strong experience in integrating solutions into BAU Ensuring MVB solution is fully anchored and managed in organization Should be able to look 4-6 months out in future and foresee challenges/risks/bottlenecks Proactively come up with mitigating actions and adjust current ways of working Include driving development of long term plans for implementation of MVB Should be comfortable managing large project team Supporting development of team during project Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Zakres obowiązków: Responsible for project 1.11 MVB Phase 2 project, ensuring project meets deadlines and targets across full scope of MVB Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders including owners of MVB outcomes, COOs and SPOCs, BCCM leadership, technology teams and service areas Drive close engagement with other areas of BCCM RRP and key stakeholders in BCCM Ensure dependencies are controlled and managed Must have good attention to details, be well prepared for meetings Understand different businesses and technology areas across Nordea Should have strong experience in integrating solutions into BAU Look 4-6 months ahead and foresee challenges/risks/bottlenecks Manage large project team and support team development
