IT Systems & Network Specialist

Nasze wymagania:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Security preferably within a multi-site organization.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and firewall principles.
Understanding of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, Group Policy, NTFS and security groups.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience or knowledge of endpoint management using SCCM and Intune.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Structured way of working, with attention to documentation and follow-up.
Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Team player with a service-oriented attitude.
Fluent English.

Mile widziane:
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Exposure to security and vulnerability management tools such as Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, Lansweeper, or similar solutions.
Experience with HPE Aruba, HPE ClearPass, Cisco Meraki, or IPAM solutions.

Zakres obowiązków:
Supporting LAN, WAN, network access control, and network segregation activities.
Performing network troubleshooting, connectivity checks, and device validation.
Supporting solutions such as HPE Aruba, Cisco Meraki, HPE ClearPass, and IPAM.
Monitoring infrastructure and security alerts through tools such as Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, and PRTG.
Supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration and identity management processes.
Assisting with endpoint management using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Supporting Windows Server, Windows Client, and Active Directory environments.
Contributing to security monitoring, vulnerability management, patch compliance, and NIS2-related activities.
Handling L2 infrastructure and endpoint support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when required with a clear technical summary and relevant findings.
Preparing technical documentation, operational procedures, dashboards, and reports.
Supporting infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity projects across multiple locations.
