Nasze wymagania: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 7 years of SAP experience in an international environment Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and multi-country deployments Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, and inventory processes Experience in managing teams and delivering small to mid-size projects Experience working with globally distributed teams and external vendors Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluency in English Mile widziane: SAP certifications (ECC6 WM, S/4 HANA EWM); ITIL certification Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences or medical devices) Hands-on experience with SAP modules: WM, IM, and integrations with SD, PP, FI/CO; SAP HANA experience Zakres obowiązków: Design and develop SAP solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards Lead and participate in SAP projects (rollouts, releases, implementations), including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, workshops (CRP), testing, configuration, and data migration Ensure solution consistency and compliance with enterprise architecture, supporting change management and contributing to Design Authority processes Assess impact of new requirements on core solutions and drive architecture governance Manage and coordinate a team of internal and external solution architects in the Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics domain Oversee quality of deliverables and ensure technical integrity and architectural compliance of implemented solutions Provide L3 support for live systems and ensure operational stability Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring industry trends and recommending innovative SAP capabilities Oferujemy: Permanent employment with opportunities for career progression Remote work and flexible schedule Generous holiday leave and focus on work-life balance Annual performance bonus Medical care
