Lead Network Architect

For our client – a technology and consulting company delivering projects for clients worldwide and providing top-class IT specialists – we are looking for a highly experienced Lead Network Architect. Key responsibilities • Acting as a subject-matter expert and technical authority in the area of IT/OT networking • Designing and developing end-to-end network architecture • Planning and executing long-term optimization and remediation initiatives • Architect-level integration of IT and OT environments, ensuring high security standards • Supporting teams through mentoring and technical leadership Ideal candidate profile • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale, mission-critical network environments • Very strong technical expertise combined with architectural mindset • Proven experience in IT/OT convergence, with a strong focus on security and reliability • Ability to design scalable, long-term network solutions • Experience in mentoring and serving as a technical leader • English proficiency at minimum B2 level Conditions • B2B contract • 100% remote working model • Rate: 180–200 PLN net per hour • Non-salary benefits: private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card Recruitment steps • Call with a KUBO recruiter • Technical interview with the client  • Decision
