Role summary: Billennium is strengthening a long‑term partnership with a global pharma organization and expanding its Account Management team. The role combines technical expertise with a sales‑driven advisory mindset, focusing on designing scalable IT solutions (custom software, cloud, data) and supporting new business, proposal development, and strategic sales across pharma, diagnostics, and R&D.   What you will do: • Act as the technical advisor supporting sales and client discussions • Analyze client needs and translate them into high‑level solution architectures • Define solution strategies aligned with business goals and delivery capabilities • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, estimates, and technical inputs for pricing • Run discovery sessions, technical workshops, and presentations • Support negotiations and solution defense from a technical perspective • Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to validate solutions • Ensure smooth handover of won deals to delivery teams • Build reusable solution assets and sales‑support materials Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in IT (e.g. Solution/Cloud/Presales Architect) • Hands‑on pre‑sales and bid support, including offer co‑creation and client engagement • Strong knowledge of modern software development and Agile/SAFe principles • Experience designing cloud, hybrid, data, integration, and modern app solutions • Ability to link technical solutions with business value • Experience with proposals, RFPs, SoWs, workshops, and pricing inputs • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Fluency in Polish and English Benefits: • Professional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility. • Comprehensive benefits – enjoy Udemy for Business and Worksmile platform. • Flexibility – adaptable working hours and remote/hybrid work options. • Global collaboration – work with diverse international teams across continents. • Innovative environment – be part of a forward-thinking, growth-oriented workplace   Sounds interesting?
