Leverage your expertise in driving organizational transformation through mergers and acquisitions, disruptive technologies, and emerging trends in technology strategy. You will collaborate within high-performing teams to tackle critical C-suite priorities with precision, agility, and impact. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?  - Manage technology transition paths by analyzing complex AS-IS landscapes and designing mature TO-BE architectures for seamless integration during M&A engagements - Conduct comprehensive E2E architecture assessments and develop solutions for the entire organizational technology landscape - Drive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives, emphasizing functional rationalization and process optimization in merge or separation projects  - Shape technology vision and innovation, providing thought leadership and technical guidance throughout the transition process - Act as the technical authority, defining optimal solutions that ensure performance, scalability, flexibility, operational efficiency, and capability alignment - Align business requirements with technology strategy, leveraging agile enterprise architecture to enable business and IT transformation - Define and govern end-to-end technology architecture, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, flexibility, and operational requirements - Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies and roadmaps for business and technology architecture that address new business models and disruptive technologies on the course of merges or separations - Support business development activities through industry and company-specific research and contribute to proposal development and presentations
