Role areas:
•
Data migration architecture and strategy - Defining migration strategies, roadmaps and technical approaches for data migration within the Teamcenter ecosystem for customers in EMEA and the US, designing data migration, integration and transformation solutions, and acting as the technical authority for migration architecture
• Customer workshops and pursuit support - Running discovery workshops and assessing source-system landscapes, estimating effort, resource requirements and timelines, preparing technical proposals and ROM estimates, demonstrations and PoCs
• Governance and migration team leadership - Defining migration tooling, automation and governance processes, reviewing solution designs against quality standards, guiding technical consultants and migration teams during implementation, and developing migration assets and accelerators
What you need to join us:
Must have:
• Experience in designing data migration architecture and strategy, as well as integration architecture
• Experience in Teamcenter / PLM migration projects, including data mapping, profiling, transformation and validation
• Knowledge of migration tooling and automation, as well as project delivery methodology and quality management
• Experience in facilitating customer workshops, solution estimation and technical proposal development, as well as stakeholder management, including executive communication
• Very good command of English and citizenship of an EU member state
• Right to work in Poland (citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.)
Nice to have:
• Teamcenter migration experience gained within the software vendor's organization
• Experience supporting presales activities: demonstrations, PoCs, proposal preparation
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams of technical consultants
