Modern Workplace Transformation Architect (English & German)

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)  Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month   Responsibilities   • Design, develop, and maintain modern workplace solutions • Create and review architecture documentation (HLD/LLD) • Ensure alignment with identity, security, and compliance frameworks • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as infrastructure, security, and application teams • Serve as the technical contact for the customer throughout project lifecycles • Provide technical guidance and support to project managers • Cooperate with support and delivery teams to ensure consistent service quality • Apply best practices and architectural patterns in solution design   Requirements   • 8–10+ years of commercial IT experience • Fluent English and fluent German (must have) • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and architectures • Experience working across cross‑functional technical teams • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies • Knowledge of identity, security, and compliance integration principles   Offer   • B2B contract via Experis • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
