Start: Flexible - accordingly to the candidate’s notice Assignment type: B2B FTE: full-time We are seeking an experienced Odoo Architect with deep, hands-on expertise in Odoo versions 16, 17, and 18, covering both Enterprise and Community editions. This role is critical for leading solution design, technical governance, and comprehensive delivery across diverse technical aspects, including backend, frontend, integrations, and business processes. Main Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into robust, well-architected Odoo solutions. • Design and validate technical architecture for medium to large-scale Odoo implementations. • Guide engineering teams, enforce best practices, and ensure solution quality. • Oversee backend, frontend, POS, and integration-heavy development activities. • Lead DevOps pipelines, overseeing deployment architecture and ensuring production readiness. • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements. • Conduct architectural audits, performance reviews, and risk assessments. Key Requirements • Extensive knowledge of Odoo 16-18. • Proficient in both Odoo Community (CE) and Enterprise (EE) architecture. • Experience in modular architecture and domain modeling. • Advanced understanding of business workflows across various domains. • Expertise in Python, ORM, and module development. • Proficient in frontend technologies including OWF, QWeb, HTML, JS, and SCSS. • Experience in Odoo POS framework and related integrations. • Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud environments. • Strong accounting expertise within Odoo. Nice to Have • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and server configurations. • Familiar with security audits and performance tuning methodologies. • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and ensuring project delivery.
