Join us to shape the future of technology together!We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect to design scalable solutions on the Pega platform and provide technical leadership to development teams delivering enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities • Design and oversee Pega solution architecture • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams • Conduct code and design reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and guardrails • Design integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs) • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Support deployments, performance optimization, and platform stability Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software development, including ~5 years with the Pega platform • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise applications • Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) • Strong communication and leadership skills Nice to Have • Experience in large digital transformation programs • Agile / Scrum experience • Experience integrating enterprise systems.
