Nasze wymagania:
Min. 7 years of experience in architecture roles (Power Platform / D365 / Azure).
Expertise in sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and D365 solutions.
Hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services, cloud architecture.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and API-driven solutions.
Experience delivering CRM transformation programs within the banking or financial services sector.
Experience designing front-office and omnichannel customer platforms.
Previous involvement in core banking transformation initiatives, including legacy system modernization (not only greenfield CRM implementations).
Ability to run discovery workshops and translate business needs into solution designs.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
German language skills – min. B2.

O projekcie:
Join NATEK as a Power Platform / D365 Architect. The role combines pre-sales advisory, architecture leadership, and delivery support for large-scale CRM and banking platform transformation initiatives. You will design scalable solutions, drive integration initiatives and help shape the future architecture of key business applications
Zakres obowiązków:
Design and own end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Define and maintain enterprise data models, architecture principles, and technical standards.
Design Dataverse security models, governance frameworks, and compliance controls.
Lead integration architecture between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and delivery teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Participate in strategic technology decisions, roadmap planning, and platform governance initiatives.
Review solution designs and provide recommendations on best practices, risk mitigation, and optimization opportunities.
Drive adoption of Microsoft platform capabilities and promote architecture excellence across projects.
§ Support Sales Team in shaping an appropriate service offering.
