Wymagania
- extensive experience in enterprise software architecture, AI solution architecture, or a similar senior technical leadership role
- proven track record of designing and owning complex, production-grade software systems, including architecture, integrations, reusable components, and non-functional requirements
- strong software engineering background and the ability to actively design, develop, test, review, and maintain production-quality code
- proven experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered solutions used in real production environments
- strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and patterns (AI agents and tool use/function calling, MCP, prompt/context engineering, structured instruction design, agent orchestration and workflow automation)
- practical experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including test cases, measurable acceptance criteria, and regression testing
- proven experience working directly with external clients, senior executives, and business stakeholders, including consulting and presales (solution design, project scoping, effort estimation, presenting technical proposals)

Opis stanowiska
Rola Principal AI Solutions Architect: projektujesz i utrzymujesz produkcyjne systemy oparte na LLM i agentic AI — od architektury, przez integracje i komponenty wielokrotnego użytku, po wymagania niefunkcjonalne. Równolegle pracujesz bezpośrednio z klientami i kadrą zarządzającą: prowadzisz presales, scope'ujesz projekty, szacujesz pracochłonność i przekładasz niejednoznaczne wymagania biznesowe na wykonalne plany implementacji. To oferta dla seniora o profilu łączącym głęboką inżynierię (aktywne kodowanie, testy, code review, CI/CD) z konsultingiem i myśleniem produktowym. Uwaga: opis wymaga aktywnego udziału w całym cyklu życia oprogramowania — to nie jest rola wyłącznie projektowa, a oczekiwania wobec znajomości ekosystemu AI są bardzo szerokie i dotyczą konkretnych, dość niszowych wzorców (MCP, agent orchestration, context engineering), które trzeba będzie szybko przyswoić.
