Opis stanowiska
At Arla, we are transforming how automation creates value—moving from individual tasks to integrated, end-to-end solutions powered by RPA, low-code platforms, and AI.
We are looking for an experienced RPA Architect to join our Hyper Automation team on a temporary basis (maternity cover).
In this role, you will help shape and maintain our RPA landscape, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and well-governed automation solutions across a global IT environment. You will act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, guiding design decisions and supporting teams in delivering impactful, business-driven automation.
How you will make an impact
As an RPA Architect, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuity, quality, and scalability of our automation landscape during a critical transition period. You will lead architectural direction for RPA solutions, guiding teams in designing robust, compliant, and business-aligned automations, while maintaining consistency with our broader Hyper Automation strategy. Working closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Define and govern RPA architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across the product
• Review and guide solution designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise requirements
• Support development teams with architectural decisions, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Heads and Delivery Leads to align automation solutions with business outcomes
• Maintain oversight of the RPA landscape, including integrations, dependencies, and technical debt
This role sits within Arla’s IT & Digital organization, as part of the Hyper Automation product team, working closely with cross-functional teams across RPA, Power Platform, and AI. It is a temporary position (maternity cover) ensuring continuity of the RPA Architect role during this period.
What will make you successful
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong mix of architectural expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to operate in a complex enterprise environment:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Architect or Senior RPA role, ideally in a global or cross-functional setup
• Proven, in-depth expertise in Blue Prism (must-have), including design, governance, and scaling of enterprise solutions
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and how RPA fits into a broader automation ecosystem (e.g. Power Platform)
• Experience in defining architecture standards, ensuring compliance, and managing technical debt
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and guide delivery teams effectively
Key personal qualities:
• Pragmatic decision-maker – you balance best practices with real-world constraints and know when to standardize vs. adapt
• Advisor mindset – you build trust with stakeholders and confidently guide both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ownership and accountability – you take responsibility for the end-to-end quality and sustainability of solutions
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
We are committed to salary transparency and will discuss the salary range and benefits before the first interview.
What do we offer?
• Work in an international environment with teams across different countries
• Scandinavian working style – flat structure, informal atmosphere & no formal dress code
• Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model, offering a balance between office collaboration and home office flexibility
• Additional annual leave of up to 4 extra days, awarded over time in recognition of your tenure with us
• Private medical care (LUX MED) and life insurance (Unum)
• Cafeteria benefits system (gym card, vouchers, travel points, cinema tickets – you choose)
• Employee Assistance Program (psychological, legal and financial support)
• Wellbeing initiatives, including sports activities and communities (e.g. running team)
• Structured onboarding and access to expert‑led trainings
• Co‑financing of education and certifications, supporting continuous professional development
• Employee referral bonus program
• Brand‑new modern office full of greenery and plants
• On‑site parking
• Spacious canteen with fresh breakfasts and lunches available daily
