Senior AI Assistant Engineer (Copilot Studio, Power Platform)

Wymagania: - 1. Experienced professional (3–5+ years) with a solid background in Power Platform. - 2. Experienced AI assisted solutions, - 3. Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while identifying high value opportunities for intelligent automation. - 4. Technical Skills: - • Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversational flows, agent logic, integrations). - • Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate. - • Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI. - • Nice to have: C# experience. - 5. Technical awareness: - • Understanding of how AI assistants operate in enterprise environments, including integration patterns, data flows, and solution constraints. - • Awareness of when to apply AI vs. traditional automation, recognizing both limitations and high value opportunities. - • Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and how AI and Power Platform components interact within them. - • Ability to combine technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to identify and deliver effective AI driven automation. - • Security - 6. Zakres obowiązków: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade AI Assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and the Power Platform. - Build and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. - Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows, detecting repetitive patterns, and evaluating automation potential. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, structured AI scenarios. - Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and compliance.
