Senior Application Reliability Engineer

Wymagania: - 7+ years of experience in Production Application Support or Site Reliability Engineering in high-availability environments. - Strong expertise with automation, build, and monitoring tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana. - Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.Solid full-stack engineering skills with experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, and SQL. - Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across globally dispersed, cross-functional teams and vendors. - Experience working with large Atlassian, Jira and Confluence Data Center instances is a plus, but not required. Zakres obowiązków: - Serve as a Site Reliability Engineer within a global DevOps team, supporting mission-critical services operating 24/7. - Implement solutions aligned with SRE best practices to improve service availability, performance, security, and transparency. - Act as a technical lead during incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and facilitate post-incident reviews. - Participate in software architecture design and planning.Define SLIs and SLOs, build and maintain observability systems, monitor operational performance, and execute remediation plans. - Plan and execute application/infrastructure migrations, disaster recovery exercises, and product upgrades. - Enhance automation and develop self-service capabilities to improve user experience and reduce manual effort. - Provide on-call support on a rotational basis for rapid incident response. - Support scheduled maintenance activities, including occasional weekends, to ensure system reliability with minimal disruption. - Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
