Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Wymagania:
- Strong AWS expertise across services such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, API Gateway, CloudWatch with a solid grasp of the AWS Well-Architected Framework across design, security, and operational excellence
- IaC: you design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK, delivering repeatable, version-controlled, and auditable deployments
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline to enable automated, zero-downtime releases and fast iteration
- Expierence in software development and scripting using Python, TypeScript, Go, or Bash
- Containerization & Orchestration: practical experience with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or EKS to support scalable microservices architectures
- Security, Compliance & Networking: you implement IAM policies, encryption, access control, and design secure, high-availability network architectures using VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, and hybrid connectivity solutions
- Experience with Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK to enable proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Client-facing mindset - you can act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating business goals into scalable cloud-native solutions; you enjoy supporting cloud adoption, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives, and you're comfortable contributing to pre-sales and solutioning work alongside sales teams
- AWS Certifications - you already hold and actively pursue relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Advanced Networking) that back up your hands-on expertise
- Fluency in both English and Polish, written and spoken

Zakres obowiązków:
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS, guiding clients through best practices in cloud-native design and modernization
- Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CDK
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Github Actions, GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline, ensuring smooth and automated deployment processes
- Monitor, diagnose, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability across distributed systems
- Manage containerized applications using Docker, and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or EKS
- Implement robust security practices, including IAM policies, access control, encryption, and compliance auditing aligned with industry standards
- Deploy and manage observability stacks using tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana for proactive monitoring and alerting
- Write code to automate tasks and workflows using scripting and programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Bash
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain clear technical documentation, contribute to internal standards, and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Lead technical webinars, write blog posts, and publish case studies to share insights and promote thought leadership in the AWS ecosystem
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events, engaging with the cloud community and staying ahead of emerging trends
