Senior DDI System Engineer – DNS / DHCP / IPAM (m/f/d) Location: Poland -Remote Employment Type: B2B Languages: English (C1 /C2) YOUR ROLE DDI Engineering & Operations: You design, operate, and enhance enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) platforms, ensuring availability, scalability, compliance, and operational stability across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments. DNS Service Leadership & Migration: You lead DNS services and large-scale migration initiatives for high-volume, business-critical enterprise environments, supporting global DDI transformation programs. Platform Management: You operate and engineer enterprise-grade DDI solutions such as Infoblox, BlueCat, or equivalent technologies, managing DNS, DDNS, DHCP scopes, and IPAM hierarchies across multiple environments. Hybrid & Cloud Architecture: You manage hybrid DNS architectures spanning on-prem infrastructure and cloud platforms including AWS Route53, Azure DNS, Cloudflare, F5, and Akamai, enabling seamless name resolution and zone delegation. Automation & CI/CD: You automate DDI workflows using tools such as Ansible, Python, and APIs for provisioning, cleanup, and compliance enforcement. You implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for DNS health, zone synchronization, and automation testing. Incident Management & Troubleshooting: You troubleshoot complex DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to improve reliability and performance. Security & Compliance: You lead DNS security initiatives including DNSSEC, RPZ, audit logging, access control, and vulnerability remediation to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards. Solution Architecture & Collaboration: You collaborate closely with Cloud, Network, and Security teams and serve as Solution Architect for complex DDI implementations, contributing to resilient and performant designs. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: You maintain comprehensive documentation and runbooks covering DNS, DHCP, and IPAM configurations and processes, and train operations teams on DDI and Infoblox technologies. Transformation & Continuous Improvement: You actively drive network transformation through automation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies, improving agility, performance, and reliability across enterprise networks. Vendor & Cross-Functional Engagement: You work effectively across global teams and time zones, contributing to change management, testing readiness, and business continuity while supporting enterprise-wide DDI delivery. MUST-HAVE SKILLS : • Strong hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) in large enterprise environments • Proven expertise with Infoblox, BlueCat, or equivalent DDI platforms • Deep understanding of DNS protocols, DHCP lease management, and IPAM architecture • Experience managing hybrid DNS environments (on-prem + cloud: AWS Route53, Azure DNS, Cloudflare, F5, Akamai) • Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents and Root Cause Analysis • Practical experience with DNS migrations and high-volume DNS services • Automation skills using Python, Ansible, and APIs • Strong knowledge of DNS security (DNSSEC, RPZ, access controls, audit logging) • Ability to design and support enterprise DDI architectures • Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills • English C1/C2 WHAT WE OFFER • B2B Contract • Competitive salary • International projects • Career development opportunities
