Your role You design, operate, and maintain enterprise‑class storage and backup platforms that protect critical business services across on‑prem and virtualized environments. Your work ensures data availability, performance, protection, and recoverability, with a strong focus on operational stability and resilience. As a trusted technical specialist, you resolve complex incidents, collaborate closely with infrastructure and application teams, and contribute to evolving standards through strong processes, clear communication, and continuous improvement, including the adoption of automation and modern tooling. Your tasks • Operate, maintain, and optimize enterprise backup solutions, primarily Commvault, ensuring reliable backup, restore, and retention • Design and support backup and recovery strategies for VMware and Nutanix platforms aligned with business continuity and DR requirements • Administer and troubleshoot storage and data protection components across virtual and physical environments • Support Nutanix data protection, including snapshots and integration with backup platforms • Perform advanced troubleshooting of backup failures, restore issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity concerns • Participate in incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL practices • Collaborate with virtualization, server, network, and security teams to ensure consistent workload protection • Execute platform upgrades, configuration changes, lifecycle activities, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Your profile • You bring 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure with a strong focus on storage and backup technologies • You have hands‑on expertise with Commvault, including backup, restore, troubleshooting, and policy configuration • You have solid experience supporting VMware environments and VM‑level backup and recovery • You possess working knowledge of Nutanix platforms, data protection concepts, and backup integrations • You demonstrate a strong operational mindset, reliability in day‑to‑day support, and an analytical approach to problem solving • You understand disaster recovery and business continuity principles and work confidently within ITIL‑based frameworks • You communicate clearly and professionally, collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams • You are fluent in English and are open to developing automation or scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, workflows) What You'll love about working here • Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform. • Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
