Senior Integration Application Specialist (Dell Boomi)

Summary: The Senior Integration Application Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-level integration platforms, specifically transitioning from Talend to Dell Boomi. This role ensures the stability, performance, and scalability of integration applications in a complex IT environment.Responsibilities: • Support and manage integration platforms (Dell Boomi) in an L2 environment. • Handle incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. • Ensure high system availability and performance as per SLA. • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors. • Participate in migration and transition activities (Talend → Boomi). • Monitor integration flows and proactively address failures. • Improve support processes and documentation. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements: • Strong experience in Dell Boomi (must-have). • Prior exposure to Talend or other integration tools. • Experience in incident & problem management (ITIL preferred). • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. • Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration architecture. • ITIL Certification - 4. Nice to Have: • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). • Process automation or scripting experience. Other Details: • Location: Pune (Hinjawadi) – Hybrid (3 days office). • Experience: 10–15 years.
