Senior IT Analyst – System Integration (REST API, SQL) Location & Work Mode: Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia – Hybrid work (3 days per week from office) Project Start: ASAP Working Language: English (daily communication)About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our team, focusing on system integration within banking systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze and define requirements relating to internet banking systems transformation. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements • Design and document functional and non-functional requirements • Analyze system integrations and data flows • Collaborate with development teams and architects • Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog • Ensure end-to-end consistency and traceability of requirements • Work with Jira and Confluence tools • Participate in Agile ceremonies Requirements (Must-have): • Minimum 4 years of experience as IT Analyst / System Analyst • Experience in system integration • Strong knowledge of REST API • Practical knowledge of SQL • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment • Excellent communication skills • Experience in financial sector or large system environments Nice to have: • Experience in banking (e.g., net banking, payments, accounts) • Knowledge of Postman / Swagger • Knowledge of BPMN or UML • Knowledge of web application architecture We offer: • Opportunity to participate in a major transformation project of banking systems • Work in an international Agile environment • Collaboration with architects, UX, and development teams • Career growth in system integration and IT analysis
