Senior Solution Architect

O projekcie: Devire IT Outsourcing is a cooperation model dedicated to IT specialists, based on running one’s own business under a B2B arrangement, delivering projects for leading clients who carry out innovative and modern initiatives.  For our client, that provide comprehensive transport and logistics services, including passenger travel and freight, while managing a modern fleet across Europe and worldwide we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect. Someone who combines strong architecture capability with hands-on delivery experience across a broad technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone who can design end-to-end solutions, guide teams through implementation, and stay actively involved in solving complex technical challenges. You will shape practical, secure, and maintainable solutions across cloud, applications, integrations, data, and AI-driven capabilities, translating business needs into clear technical direction and delivery outcomes. Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office in Wrocław) B2B Contract: 170-200 PLN/hour net + VAT  - B2B contract via Devire - Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office in Wrocław) - Benefits package Wymagania: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution delivery, or architecture roles - Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions in production environments - Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, modern application development in .NET, APIs, integration patterns, and data-centric solution design - Experience designing solutions that incorporate AI capabilities, or strong understanding of how AI services and AI-assisted engineering practices can be applied responsibly in enterprise environments - Strong practical understanding of solution architecture, system design, and engineering trade-offs in real delivery environments - Broad technical knowledge across Azure, .NET, integrations, APIs, data, automation, and modern software delivery practices - Ability to work effectively across architecture, engineering, cloud, data, and AI rather than as a narrow specialist - Strong ownership, autonomy, communication skills, and ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments Nice to have: - Relevant certifications in Azure, cloud architecture, security, Agile, or DevOps are an advantage Codzienne zadania: - Own and drive end-to-end solution design from discovery through implementation, deployment, and production readiness - Translate business needs into technical scope, architecture decisions, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes - Design cohesive solutions across applications, integrations, cloud services, data, automation, and AI/agentic capabilities - Provide senior technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle, guiding teams through architecture decisions, trade-offs, and complex problem-solving - Contribute hands-on to critical design and development activities, especially in high-risk or business-critical areas - Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, observable, cost-efficient, and maintainable - Promote strong engineering practices across secure design, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, code quality, documentation, and reusable patterns - Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early, balancing business value, speed, quality, and long-term sustainability - Drive responsible use of AI in both delivered solutions and engineering ways of working, including AI-assisted development and agentic workflows - Mentor engineers and technical leads through design reviews, implementation guidance, and practical technical leadership
