We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Staff BI Architect to join an innovative product-driven organization operating in the construction technology space. You will play a key role in shaping next-generation data solutions that go far beyond traditional reporting. The focus of this position is to redefine how data is consumed by introducing AI-driven insights, conversational analytics, and intelligent data interactions. The team is working on modern platforms that support the full lifecycle of construction processes -from planning and estimation to execution -leveraging advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and AI. Your responsibilities • Design and build AI-powered data experiences, enabling users to explore insights using natural language and intelligent assistants • Evolve the BI ecosystem from static dashboards toward dynamic, insight-driven platforms • Optimize and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, well-structured datasets for analytics and AI use cases • Translate complex business challenges into clear, data-driven narratives and visualizations • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver embedded analytics within web and mobile applications • Drive the development of application-integrated reporting solutions • Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency across data development processes (e.g. query generation, documentation, testing) • Act as a technical leader and advisor in BI and AI domains, promoting best practices and new technologies • Continuously identify areas for improvement and proactively introduce scalable solutions. Requirements • 9+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, working on complex and scalable data solutions • Advanced expertise in Power BI (including DAX and data modeling) and Databricks • Strong SQL and/or Python skills for data transformation and pipeline optimization • Hands-on experience or strong interest in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions • Proven ability to design user-centric dashboards and data products with a strong focus on usability and performance • Experience translating complex data into intuitive, business-friendly insights • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end solutions • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Comfortable working in distributed, international environments • Fluent English C1/C2. Nice to have • Experience with embedded analytics tools (e.g. FusionCharts or similar) • Background in construction, manufacturing, or related industries
