(Senior) Workplace Architect

Nasze wymagania: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design or a related field 5-7+ years of experience in architectural design, interior design or office planning Strong experience in workplace / office projects or commercial fit‑outs Proficiency in AutoCAD (must‑have), plus working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop Ability to create layouts, test‑fits, visualisations and technical drawings Understanding of fit‑out processes, building systems and construction documentation Experience working in corporate, international or multi‑stakeholder environments Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams Independence, accountability and proactive work style Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment English at C1 level for daily communication Must be based in Poland and hold a valid work permit Nice to have Experience in workplace strategy, space analytics or occupancy planning Background in furniture coordination or cooperation with manufacturers Experience in design & build environments Familiarity with branding, graphics or interior styling Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones Zakres obowiązków: Manage daily activities related to the commercial real estate loan portfolio Upload transaction data and maintain internal systems Reconcile data regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness Troubleshoot upload errors and resolve discrepancies quickly Collaborate with internal teams to improve data entry and reporting processes Support report generation and audit preparation Create reports using business intelligence tools Support account openings and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests Act as a liaison between the Polish team and U.S. stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and process alignment Oferujemy: 2‑year fixed‑term contract Opportunity for growth within a global company Hybrid model of work (2/3 days in an office per week) Private medical care and life insurance MultiSport or MultiCafeteria program Daily team support and a friendly work environment
