Project details • Industry: IT Services • Office location: Poland • Type: Transformation project • Work model: Remote • Budget: 180-210 PLN net / h - b2b • Project length: to the end of the year, with an option of extension • The job offer is available for candidates with citizenship in the European Union • Start date: ASAP Your responsibilities • Define and govern end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across multiple modules • Design and deliver applications using UI Builder and App Engine within unified workspaces • Lead integration strategy with systems such as SAP, Databricks, and legacy platforms • Build and oversee custom data models, ensuring scalability and performance • Conduct and lead Design Authority sessions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM domains • Define and enforce technical governance, standards, and best practices • Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery teams • Mentor developers and architects, supporting knowledge sharing and growth • Evaluate and implement AI / GenAI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Create architecture documentation, reusable components, and solution blueprints We pay attention to candidates who have • 7+ years with ServiceNow architecture • Proven experience leading ServiceNow design and delivery across multiple modules • Deep expertise in: • UI Builder • App Engine • IntegrationHub • MID Server • CMDB • Strong background in custom data modelling and enterprise integrations • Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP and legacy systems • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders • Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities Certifications (mandatory) • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or ITOM) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Nice to have • Experience with AI / GenAI solutions in enterprise environments • Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) We offer • 100% remote work model • Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations • Strategic role with real impact on architecture and business outcomes • Work in an environment that values innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning • Long-term cooperation with potential extensions
