ServiceNow Architect

For our Client – a large, international organization operating in a complex enterprise landscape – we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who will take ownership of the end-to-end platform architecture and governance. This is a strategic role with high visibility, partnering closely with Enterprise Architects and senior stakeholders. 📍 Remote / Poland - only 🧩 Long-term cooperation 🚀 Scope of Responsibilities • Define end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and long-term target-state roadmaps • Design scalable solution patterns across modules, data model, workflows, and user experience for large user bases and high transaction volumes • Ensure architecture is maintainable, extensible, and secure-by-design • Partner with Enterprise Architects and senior stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with broader enterprise architecture and technology strategy • Establish reference architectures, reusable patterns, and design standards • Define and enforce platform governance and operating models (CoE) • Lead architectural reviews and provide sign-off on major designs and platform changes 🛠️ Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in complex enterprise environments • Proven track record in designing scalable, large-scale ServiceNow solutions • Strong expertise in:• Enterprise architecture • Platform governance • Integrations • Performance optimization • Ability to translate business needs into architecture and actionable technical designs • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) or equivalent proven expertise • Experience with multi-instance or multi-domain enterprise implementations • Exposure to enterprise security, risk, and compliance requirements in regulated environments • Experience defining platform operating models, standards, and delivery frameworks 🌍 What You Can Expect • Strategic architectural role with enterprise impact • Collaboration with senior stakeholders and enterprise-level architects • Complex, large-scale environment • Long-term engagement via TQLO 📍 We kindly inform you that we will contact only selected candidates.
