ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join a project in the FMCG industry. The role focuses on IRM and BCM modules and requires strong technical expertise, autonomy, and the ability to challenge implementation decisions with confidence. Your tasks • Analyse, design, and develop solutions within ServiceNow IRM and BCM modules • Evaluate and verify the work of implementation partners from a technical and functional perspective • Recommend optimal architectural approaches and consistently justify proposed solutions • Collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to key technical decisions • Provide architectural guidance and ensure alignment with best practices Requirements • At least 5 years of practical expertise in ServiceNow IRM and BCM • Ability to challenge and verify vendor actions and implementation decisions • High assertiveness and confidence in defending recommended solutions • Natural leadership tendencies and strong ownership • Proactive, independent, and decisive working style • Fluency in English • Residing in Poland required
