ServiceNow ITOM Architect

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform architectures. Wymagania: Required Experience & Skills - Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant - Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules: - Discovery - Service Mapping - Event Management - CMDB & CSDM - Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems - Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Language Requirements - English level: C1 (advanced / fluent) – mandatory (ability to work with international clients & teams) Nice to Have - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / CIS-ITOM / CTA - Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Knowledge of ITIL / Agile frameworks - Pre-sales / client-facing experience Codzienne zadania: - Own end-to-end architecture and solution design within the ServiceNow platform - Lead ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB - Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models - Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives - Guide development teams and perform architectural reviews - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions - Support pre-sales activities when required (estimations, solution proposals)
