ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform architectures. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end architecture and solution design within the ServiceNow platform • Lead ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB • Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models • Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives • Guide development teams and perform architectural reviews • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions • Support pre-sales activities when required (estimations, solution proposals) Required Experience & Skills • Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules:• Discovery • Service Mapping • Event Management • CMDB & CSDM • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems • Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Language Requirements • English level: C1 (advanced / fluent) – mandatory(ability to work with international clients & teams) Nice to Have • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / CIS-ITOM / CTA • Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Knowledge of ITIL / Agile frameworks • Pre-sales / client-facing experience
