Dear Consultant,  We are seeking a Snowflake Architect / DBA to lead the setup, administration, and optimisation of Snowflake environments. The role focuses on access control, performance optimisation, platform monitoring, and ensuring reliable and scalable Snowflake data platforms. Send CV to (marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk)  Locations:  Dublin (Ireland) OR Warsaw (Poland)   Type: Contract / Long-term   Work Model: Onsite  Key Responsibilities • Manage Snowflake setup and administration • Implement and manage RBAC (roles, privileges, access control) • Perform database and schema management • Configure and maintain resource monitors • Drive usage optimisation and cost efficiency • Monitor platform performance and ensure query/warehouse observability • Develop and maintain documentation and runbooks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and business • Drive continuous improvement and feature adoption • Evaluate and implement enhancements to the Snowflake platform  Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience with Snowflake setup and administration • Experience implementing RBAC (roles, privileges, access control) • Experience with database and schema management • Experience with resource monitors and usage optimisation • Experience in platform monitoring and observability • Strong understanding of query and warehouse performance optimisation • Experience creating documentation and runbooks • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience driving continuous improvement and feature adoption
