Solution Architect

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, end-to-end systems and act as a trusted advisor for both technical teams and clients. Wymagania: - Strong focus on software architecture (rather than infrastructure) - Experience in .NET or Java ecosystems is a strong plus - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience - Fluent or near-native English (native is a plus) - Availability to start ASAP and willingness to travel occasionally to the US - Experience in Solution Architecture or a similar role - Strong background in enterprise or cloud-native systems - Experience in distributed or multi-team environments - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Knowledge of API-driven and integration-based systems Nice-to-have: - Experience with .NET or Java - Familiarity with modern frontend architectures - Knowledge of AI integration patterns (e.g., MCP, workflows) - Understanding of data platforms and integrations Codzienne zadania: - Define and maintain solution architecture across application and data domains - Translate business needs into scalable technical designs - Ensure alignment across frontend, backend, and integration layers - Drive architectural standards and best practices - Collaborate with engineering and data teams - Lead client discussions and support delivery planning - Identify risks and optimize architectural solutions
