As a Solution Architect, you’ll take ownership of designing complete solutions, making sure that business needs are fully met with smart and practical technology choices. You’ll create clear, end-to-end designs that deliver real business impact, comply with regulations, and minimize operational risks. Your work will focus on small to medium projects or more complex solutions, giving you the chance to see your ideas make a real difference. What's in it for you? - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours - Working with modern IT technologies - Growth and development opportunities with the possibility to move between projects - Private healthcare and multisport card - Referral program, free parking and company events Wymagania: - 5+ years as a Solution Architect in large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations - Logical thinker, able to abstract architectural patterns from technical solutions - Strong leadership; able to present and get approval from IT and Business stakeholders - Experience with streaming tech (Kafka, Flink, Pub/Sub) and integration patterns (REST API, Microservices) - Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Data Warehousing, ETL, and data integration - Comfortable with Linux, Shell (Bash, AWK), PowerShell - Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and Big Data tools (BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark, Databricks) - Familiar with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (IKP, GKE) - Skilled in design abstraction and complex problem solving - Quick to understand data landscapes and apply analysis in new contexts Nice to have: - Awareness of master data management patterns and principles - Knowledge of data processing programming languages: Scala, Python and libraries: Spark, Pandas - A good understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or others Codzienne zadania: - Rapidly understanding business requirements and translating them into solution designs and functional specifications - Building technical and logical designs, supporting developers, and working with production teams to ensure smooth operations - Promoting solution architecture best practices, standards, and tools, and documenting knowledge for new solutions - Providing technical leadership, reviewing and validating team designs, and managing end-to-end solution design including risks and technical debt - Ensuring solutions are cost-effective, maintainable, and aligned with agile governance and processes - Collaborating with enterprise, platform, and value stream architects to evolve architecture strategy and improve the current landscape - Developing proofs-of-concept and recommending improvements for proposed solutions
