Solution Architect

contract: B2B rate: 160 pln/h + VAT work mode: remote We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our corporate insurance client. The Solution Architect is responsible for defining and shaping the technical architecture after the analysis phase and before the development phase. The role is strongly focused on well-structured architecture, compliance with organizational patterns, and adherence to established standards and methodologies. This role is positioned firmly on the IT and technology side of the organization. The architect is responsible for technological solutions and must work closely with development teams. Main Responsibilities • Define and design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise systems • Design architectures after analysis and before development, ensuring readiness for implementation • Ensure architectural compliance with organizational patterns, standards, and best practices • Create and maintain architectural documentation in line with established project management methodologies and standards • Translate business requirements into technical architectures and architectural blueprints • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers) • Define technical standards for software engineering and system design • Design system integrations within enterprise environments • Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and security of designed solutions • Define security, governance, and compliance requirements within architectures • Support development teams with technical guidance and architectural direction • Participate in stakeholder collaboration to assess feasibility and define technical roadmaps Key Requirements • Strong software development background, with solid understanding of technical implementation details • Proven experience in a Solution Architect or Lead Engineer role • Ability to work close to development teams and understand developer-level challenges • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and design principles • Experience working with architectural documentation and formal project management methodologies • Strong communication skills, enabling clear explanation of complex technical concepts • Very good command of English (C1 or strong B2) Nice to Have • Experience designing cloud-native and enterprise-grade architectures • Understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns • Knowledge of security, governance, and cost considerations in architecture design • Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and modern DevOps practices
