Solution Architect

For an international company operating in the industrial automation and modern technology sector, we are looking for a Solution Architect to support the development of Finance Analytics solutions and take a key role in architectural decision-making within the team. This role is ideal for an expert who can combine technology and business perspectives, values simplicity, supports Agile teams, and actively drives engineering best practices. Key responsibilities: • Making critical architectural decisions for the Finance Analytics team • Designing modular, scalable, and future-proof solutions • Partnering with technical leaders to drive best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and automated deployments • Developing and maintaining tools, dashboards, and data-driven applications • Coaching the team and removing roadblocks to ensure delivery success • Actively supporting Agile delivery while ensuring quality, security, and reliability Ideal candidate profile: • 8+ years of experience in technical/leadership roles • Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud / data-driven solutions • Very good knowledge of Azure and DevOps practices • Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Databricks and Power BI deployments • English at least at B2 level • Hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Engineering tools such as:• Databricks (Notebooks, Workflows, DLT, ML) • ADF, SQL, ADLS • Power BI / Fabric / Power Platform Conditions: • Form of cooperation: B2B contract • Salary: 160-190 PLN net/h • Hybrid work model - 3 days per week in Katowice or 100% remote • Benefits: private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card
