Solution Architect (Marketing Content) Responsibilities: • Acting as the Solution Architect for a marketing-focused business unit, supporting approximately 8 interconnected technologies, each with its own Product Owner and Technical SME • Defining and owning scalable, cloud-native content architectures across Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and AI-driven creative tools • Translating marketing and creative requirements into robust, future-ready technical solutions • Designing and overseeing end-to-end integrations and bi-directional content flows across content creation, approval, storage, distribution, media, commerce, and analytics platforms • Establishing strong metadata models and taxonomy standards to support content orchestration • Evaluating, selecting, and rationalising content and optimisation tools to improve speed-to-market, reuse, performance, and cost efficiency • Aligning technology decisions and vendor roadmaps with long-term content and business strategy • Embedding governance, security, and compliance standards across content systems (IP, privacy, rights management, brand safety, lifecycle management) • Designing scalable architectures that support multiple formats, channels, regions, and AI-driven use cases • Engaging and communicating effectively with non-technical and semi-technical stakeholders across marketing, creative, product, engineering, and agency teams • Supporting Product Owners and SMEs in making sound technology decisions   Requirements: • Proven experience as a Solution Architect within complex, multi-system environments • Strong background in content architecture, including DAM, PIM, and digital marketing ecosystems • Experience designing cloud-native, scalable architectures • Expertise in system integration and content orchestration across multiple platforms • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy design, and content governance frameworks • Experience with tooling strategy, vendor evaluation, and technology stack optimisation • Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and content lifecycle management principles • Ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions across regions and channels • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage non-technical and semi-technical audiences • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams • Very good command of English, both spoken and written   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
