Solution Architect - Open Source Technologies

Nasze wymagania: 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles. Proven expertise in open source technologies, including Linux and application stacks. Strong experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and APIs. Familiarity with automation tools and configuration management frameworks. Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead key technical decisions. Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures. Familiarity with streaming and data platforms (Kafka, NoSQL, RDBMS). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Mile widziane: Contributions to open source projects – GitHub/GitLab profile is a plus. O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in open source technologies to join a newly formed Technology POD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the delivery of high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions that leverage open source platforms. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with both technical best practices and business objectives. You will play a critical role in architectural decision-making and provide hands-on technical leadership for initiatives that drive modernization across complex enterprise environments. Define and guide architecture roadmaps, ensuring business and operational alignment. Evaluate and integrate open source tools and frameworks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Collaborate with development and operations teams for solution delivery and scalability. Create and maintain architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and roadmaps. Mentor engineering teams and lead technical discussions and workshops. Stay ahead of industry trends and open source innovations, engaging with the wider open-source community where relevant.
